Getting your General Convention Badge 

For ALL General Convention events, you will need your name badge, so this is one of the first things you will want to acquire and you also want to keep track of it. To get your badge go to the Exhibit Hall in the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC) and follow the signs to check in. When you go to get your GC badge, you will need to have a photo ID and you will also sign a Liability Waiver and Photo Release. 

Download/connect to the General Convention App

At the 81st General Convention, let the app be your personal guide, allowing you to discover interactive maps, exhibitor information, the full conference schedule, and the latest updates—all from the palm of your hand. This mobile app is compatible with iOS 14 and higher and Android 10 and higher.

1. Search for the “Cvent Events” app on the iOS Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Or scan the QR code to download the “Cvent Events” app.

2. Upon opening the app search for “The 81st General Convention,” and download the event to the app.

3. When you’ve identified this event, it will automatically open when you select the Cvent Events app on your phone. Don’t worry about logging in; the mobile application is available for all attendees!

Locations and Information

General Convention is being held at the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC), 221 S 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202 We will be there each day for worship, committee meetings, and when attending either the House of Deputies or the House of Bishops. 

Young Adult Festival – The Lily Room, Galt House Hotel, 140 N. Fourth St., Louisville, KY 40202. 

Note: Both the KICC and YUM! Center are cashless facilities. You will need to pay with a card.
